The enquiry form is the only place this website asks for anything about you. It has four fields: your name, your email address, an optional phone number, and the scope and timing of the work you are enquiring about. Nothing else on the site collects personal information, and nothing is collected from you simply for reading a page.

The form also carries one hidden field that is not for you. It is left empty by a person and filled in by an automated submitter, which is how an obvious spam submission is identified and dropped.

Your enquiry is used to answer your enquiry: to come back to you with crew availability and a price, and to carry on that conversation. It is not sold, rented, published, or used to send you marketing you did not ask for.

The form does not email from your computer. Submitting it sends the four fields to a form-handling service operated by Framework, the agency that built and hosts this site, which delivers the enquiry by email so that SKATEL can answer it. The submission travels over HTTPS, and the service only accepts submissions sent from this website's own pages.

From that point the enquiry is an email, and it is handled the way any other email from you would be.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that tells a person apart from an automated submitter. It is invisible in ordinary use — it shows you nothing unless it decides a submission needs challenging — and it is fetched only as you approach the form, rather than loading on every page you read.

This site is served by Cloudflare, so the ordinary information a web request carries — an IP address, the browser's own description of itself — reaches Cloudflare as part of serving and protecting the page. That is a property of being on the web rather than something this site asks for.

This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no tracking pixel, and nothing stored in your browser to recognise you on a later visit. There is also no account and nothing to log in to.

One exception is worth stating plainly, because it is visible in a browser's own cookie list. Arriving at skatel.ca without the www prefix redirects you to www.skatel.ca, and the service that performs that redirect sets one cookie of its own as it does so. It belongs to that service; this site neither sets it nor reads it.

Two links leave this site: SKATEL's LinkedIn company page and the website of Framework, who built it. Once you follow either, you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy, not this one.
